Gold Sponsor: ($600 - $900)

This sponsorship includes:

• One golf participant at the "Eye Open" Golf Tournament , June 3rd @ the Golf Club @ Bear Dance

• Hole signage at the 2009 Eye Open promoting your company

• Featured as a corporate sponsor on this website (seethefuture.org) with a link to your website

• Listed as a corporate sponsor on all mailing for the Fund

Silver Sponsor: ($375 - $500)

This sponsorship includes:

• Featured as a corporate sponsor on this website (www.seethefuture.org) with a link to your website

• Listed as a corporate sponsor on all mailing for the Fund
